3.2 AI-Generated Content

Where third-party AI platform terms apply (e.g., Midjourney, Runway ML, ElevenLabs, Kling, Suno, Sora, or others), LensCowboy operates within those platforms' respective usage policies. Users may not make claims of ownership over AI-generated outputs showcased on this site.

3.3 Client Work

Ownership of deliverables produced for clients is governed by individual client contracts and project agreements. Nothing on this website conveys ownership of client deliverables to third parties.

3.4 Trademarks

"LensCowboy," the LensCowboy logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of LensCowboy. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

4. Permitted Use
