An animated CG short produced by NYC creative studio Preymaker.

Bradley Stilwell was instrumental in bringing all the pieces together in Unreal.

Preymaker was established in 2020 by Angus, along with Melanie Wickham and Verity Grantham, both former colleagues from The Mill New York. Preymaker is a global team of award-winning creative artists, technologists, and producers working exclusively in the cloud on everything from brand campaigns and immersive games to content for the metaverse. Its latest project, Blue, is a ground-breaking sci-fi short that takes real-time animation to the next level.

Cobra ‘Rush Hour’
PLANK FILMS

I recently had the pleasure of working with director Peter Pohorsky and producer Seamus Bax for Plank Films on a commercial for Cobra, suppliers of bathroom taps, fittings and accessories.

The spot called for eight shots featuring a stadium full of cheering crowds watching a family of four chase each other around the stadium track in pursuit of first prize which turns out to be…time in the loo?!

Editor Xander Van Der Westhuizen cut the piece and local post shop Strangelove supplied roto services as well as all post processes. My old friend Bevil Schwartz oversaw the job, Charmaine Greyling handled online and Nic Apostoli wrangled the grade.

OUTSURANCE - ‘CARS’

Lenscowboy fortunate to supervise and help finish a bunch of shots for the latest Outsurance marketing campaign.

Lee Doig from Let It Rain Films directed the 4 spots along with producer partner Sam Kelly.

Together with Priest Post, and Nathan Anderson and Sam Alessandri, we turned 7 live cars into a fleet of many more! Nic Apostoli from Strangelove coloured the spots.

HOTEL MUMBAI

Brad spent 18 months in Adelaide, Australia as a CG Supervisor, Nuke compositor and 3D artist on Anthony Maras’ powerful action-thriller about the 2008 Mumbai attacks at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in India. Check out the full feature on your favourite streaming service.

HOLIDAY IN THE WILD

Lenscowboy was fortunate to be involved in the creation of a CG baby elephant. Duties included lookdev, lighting, slap comps, rendering and some technical glue, done @ Refinery Cape Town (for Netflix).
